Facilities

Dance Arts Institute is located inside of Daniels Spectrum; a community cultural hub in Toronto’s Regent Park neighbourhood located on the east side of downtown Toronto.

Daniels Spectrum is an art and cultural community hub across the street from Regent Park. Daniels Spectrum is operated by Artscape and is home to many arts-based and community-focused organizations.

Students have access to building amenities such as the Artscape Lounge, the CSI community living room, the courtyard, and second floor seating area. Daniels Spectrum facilities include the Ada Slaight Hall, Aki studio, and The Children’s Book Bank. The building is also home to Native Earth Performing Arts, Regent Park School of Music, and hosts many other community centred arts events and organizations. The Facility is also across the street from the Regent Park Community Centre which holds a fitness centre, gym, track, multipurpose rooms, and indoor pool and is free and accessible for all community members.

RENTAL INQUIRIES


Our space includes three Studios (724 sq ft., 755 sq ft., and 993 sq ft.), each equipped with a sound system, sprung flooring, acoustic tiling, mirrors, and ballet bars, with the largest studio featuring a functional lighting grid.
The common space boasts a large open concept kitchenette and two change rooms, each containing a bathroom and shower.
