Flowmentum: his movement practice, is driven by social dialogue and physics embodiment to flow like water & fly like the wind. Harnessing gravity to turn falling into flying, conditioning dynamic, reactive movement in and out of the floor, flowmentum is influenced by contemporary dance, yoga, capoeira, acrobatics and break (breakdance) techniques. His technique classes jump between functional improvisation concepts, grooves and choreographed combinations, striving to unlock dancers’ dynamic flow, harnessing the power of their own momentum.
