Congratulations Pulga Muchochoma!

Dance Arts is thrilled to congratulate 2009 graduate Pulga Muchochoma, recipient of the 2026 Jacqueline Lemieux Prize from the Canada Council for the Arts. This award recognizes established dance professionals who have made outstanding contributions to dance in Canada, and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving than Pulga.

Dance Arts is so lucky to have had Pulga at the school earlier this month leading the week one Summer Intensive dancers in Creative Process. We are also excited to welcome him back this coming school year to create a brand-new work for the school. Please join us in celebrating Pulga! YEBO!
